Delivery Schedule

Delivery times are listed in each section. Weekends and holidays are NOT counted as working days when figuring delivery time.

NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY TIME.

The listed delivery times are estimates and even though every effort is made to adhere to these schedules, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause a delay in your order. Please allow ample time in your commitment to your customer.

Rush Schedule

Garrett & Lane offers rush delivery on most of its services. Please check specific section for rush options.

50% RUSH

Regular price plus 50% additional charge.

100% RUSH

Regular price plus 100% additional charge (double).

Be sure to check which RUSH category, if needed, at the top of your order bag. Orders with due dates need by or just the word "RUSH" written in will be handled as a normal delivery. Check one of the three RUSH choices on the top of your bag for special handling.

Minimum Order Requirements

There is a minimum order requirement of $10.00 per order envelope, with a few exceptions which are indicated in our catalog or web site.

* Printing Abnormal Negatives

Prices shown throughout our web site and catalog apply to properly exposed negatives, within reasonable limits. There is an additional charge for extremely overexposed, underexposed or otherwise abnormal negatives.

Printing abnormal negatives also requires additional service time. Such negatives will be produced on a "print regardless" basis. We will make the best print which is practical to produce, with the understanding and agreement that the quality will fall short of our normal standards.

Remakes cannot be accepted at no charge on severely over or underexposed or otherwise abnormal negatives.

$3.50 RE–WASH CHARGE

Film or negatives received for printing that are dirty (whether incorrectly processed or mishandled at the studio) will be charged a $3.50 per negative re-wash charge.

Guide Print

We assume, if you enclose a proof or guide print in your order, you want us to match it in color and density.

REMAKES FOR REASONS OF COLOR NOT MATCHING PROOF WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS THE PREVIEW ORIGINALLY ACCOMPANIED THE ORDER.

Fee Charged to Change Order

When you request us to change an order in production, we will try to accommodate your request whenever possible. Keep in mind that this requires additional efforts to track and reroute your order. For these reasons a fee of $5.00 is applied to each changed order.

Sometimes, your order is nearly complete when you request a change. If that occurs, and you determine that the number or sizes of prints must be changed, you will be billed for the printing of the first order and for all services you request on the revised order. Changing an order in production will add additional time to complete your order.
