- This service is for lab managed or studio managed color only!
- The free prints must be requested at the time the qualifying order is submitted. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Write "Free 11 x 14" (or other size) in the instructions box on the review order page.
- Only the charges for lab managed or studio managed prints will be added to determine how many free prints have been earned. Please do not include other charges such as mounting, spray or art, etc.
- Free prints will be sprayed if the rest of the order is to be sprayed.
- The free 16 x 20" and 20 x 24" will be mounted on artboard unless otherwise requested. Additional mounting charges for substitutions.
- When requesting free prints, please prefigure your order carefully. Upon invoicing if it is determined your order does not qualify, the print will be billed at regular price.
